EZ PO Generator
Turn a Shopify order into the paperwork your supplier needs to ship it.
Open an order and the purchase order is already written: part numbers with your SKU prefix stripped, the options your supplier builds from, and your customer’s address as the drop-ship consignee. Change anything before you send it.
What it does
- A purchase order per supplier. An order spanning two suppliers becomes two documents, never one merged page — each supplier ships to a different customer.
- A commercial invoice for customs from the same order, with country of origin, incoterms, declared values and a signed declaration.
- Knows your suppliers. Finds one from your catalogue even when the line was typed in by hand with no SKU, and rewrites service items into the wording each supplier bills under.
- Nothing is fixed. Every field is editable, and you can add a line the order never contained — searched from your catalogue, or typed free for a fee or freight.
- Your documents. Your logo, colour, header rows and choice of blocks. Print, download a named PDF, or copy the whole thing into an email with its table intact.
What it does not do
It does not manage stock levels or receive inventory — it exists to get the order to whoever fills it. It asks for read-only access to your orders and products, and writes nothing back to your store. And nothing reaches a supplier automatically: every purchase order is reviewed and sent by you.
